This BBQ Chicken Wonder Wrap n Roll is so simple it really doesn’t need a recipe of it’s own, but I’m sharing it anyways! Just a little meal prep can make it easy to enjoy delicious lunches with very little effort. BBQ Chicken Wonder Wrap n Roll
1 Wonder Wrap (or other THM approved wrap)
Handful of spinach leaves
1/2 tomato, sliced if you have it
1/4 cup corn, optional
1 green onion, bias sliced
BBQ Chicken (I make mine in my Instant Pot, simply add in 3 pounds of chicken breast and a few tablespoons of my BBQ Dry Rub then add 1/2 cup water and cook. You could also make your wrap with my Moroccan Chicken Recipe)
optional: 1 tbsp 0% greek yogurt to spread on the wrap before the chicken
Lay Wonder Wrap out on a plate
Add optional greek yogurt if you are using it
Add BBQ Chicken
Top with lettuce, tomato, corn and green onion.
Wrap and Roll!
