Trader Joe's THM Shopping List FREE Printable

Last Updated on June 28, 2022 by Rebecca Huff

Trim Healthy Mamas, sometimes you end up shopping without a menu plan, like me this past week! That's when I start to “wing it” ha ha I guess you can call it “unplanning” if you like!  Just keep a copy of this handy “on plan” THM shopping list and you won't have to worry about what to buy! There are so many great THM choices at Trader Joe's.  As I have noted in my list, just watch your ingredient labels on things like spaghetti sauce to make sure there are no added sugars.

Shopping for THM at Trader Joe's and want to stay on plan?

You will be able to make a lot of the Quickie Meals from these ingredients. I can still stay in my budget shopping at Trader Joe's by using a lot of the Budget Friendly Recipes.

I do normally purchase my organic meats at Costco, but on occasion when I am busy or when the store is too busy, I will do a week from Trader Joe's.  Just don't get tempted by all that trail mix, ok? Promise?
