I'm so excited to try this new cookbook. I happened across this one in our local library, which is where I recommend testing out new cookbooks! I've found so many fantastic selections there. WhenI come across one that I really like, I go ahead and buy a copy to add to my collection.
You can find a sampling of my favorite cookbooks here. Not all of the favorites have been a cookbook selection, but all of the club books become favorites!
We talked about how bowls are trending, so this book is a perfect accompaniment to stay up with the trends! Beautiful photos, wholesome ingredients, educational content, this cookbook has what you need to really dive in and start cooking.
Sarah Forte's, The Sprouted Kitchen Bowl and Spoon is a collection of wholesome delicious recipes you'll want to eat every day!
Recipes I plan to try
- Baby Potato and Asparagus Tangle with Green Harissa and Eggs
- Popeye Protein Bowl
- Winter Fruit Salad with Ginger-Lime Syrup
- Golden Quinoa and Butternut Breakfast Bowl
- Emerald Greens
I ended up trying the recipes listed above and many more. The photos are in the Facebook group.

Which recipes will you try? After playing in the kitchen, I'm inspired to create more of my own bowl recipes using various grains and veggies. The hippie bowl turned out to be one of my favorites from this cookbook club selection.
