Wake Up Smoothie
This smoothie will get you out of bed in the morning!
- 1 cup of cooled organic coffee (if you use decaf, make sure to buy swiss water process)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of medicinal mushroom powder
- A small pinch of cayenne pepper
- Add stevia erythritol or dates just to sweeten a little, taste varies, I don't like mine particularly sweet, but most people prefer sweeter.
- 1/2 avocado (optional I add this for my husband and my thinner children
