Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups of mixed berries
  • 4 oz of almond milk unsweetened, or flax, coconut, hemp
  • 4 oz filtered water
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 tsp of maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp of bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp of Reds Powder
  • Optional: Stevia to sweeten if needed.
