Mom's Happy
- 1 cups of mixed berries
- 4 oz of almond milk unsweetened, or flax, coconut, hemp
- 4 oz filtered water
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 tsp of maca powder
- 1/4 tsp of bee pollen
- 1 tbsp of Reds Powder
- Optional: Stevia to sweeten if needed.
