Course Breakfast


  • Ezekiel bread 2 slices (or other sprouted grain bread, or gluten free)
  • 1-2 oz Smoked Salmon no nitrites
  • 2 tbsp Neufchatel Cheese or light cream cheese
  • 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sprouts
  • dash of dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Toast Ezekiel bread lightly
  • spread 1 tbsp neufchatel or cream cheese per slice
  • top with smoked salmon, cucumber, and sprouts
  • sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper
  • Enjoy!
