Ezekiel bread
2 slices (or other sprouted grain bread, or gluten free)
1-2
oz
Smoked Salmon
no nitrites

tbsp
Neufchatel Cheese
or light cream cheese
1
small cucumber thinly sliced
1
tbsp
sprouts
dash of dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toast Ezekiel bread lightly
spread 1 tbsp neufchatel or cream cheese per slice
top with smoked salmon, cucumber, and sprouts
sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper
