3tbsp malt vinegar or malt vinegar powderlook for one without caramel color
salt and freshly cracked black pepper
chives or dillfor garnish
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F
Mix potatoes with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar
Roast for half an hour or until golden brown and fork-tender
Put potatoes in a serving bowl and add salt and pepper to taste (see note)
Top with chives and serve!

If you like malt vinegar, you'll love these potatoes. My preference is to add a sprinkling of Malt Vinegar Powder after bringing them out of the oven. The powder can be a bit hard to find. When searching for the liquid malt vinegar look for one without caramel color added! **Warning - Malt Vinegar is not gluten free.
