Instructions
Brew 2 cups (16 ounces) of hot coffee and keep hot.
Scoop ice cream into your glasses or coffee cups. I like to use these clear glasses because it's so pretty when you pour in the coffee and the ice cream melts.
Add 2 small scoops vanilla ice cream per glass.
Pour 2 ounces of coffee over the ice cream.
Top with Triple Ginger Cookie Thin and optional garnish. Then enjoy!

If your freezer is available, chill your glasses before preparing the dessert.This is just a recommended serving size if you want, use as many scoops of ice cream as you like.
