Garlicky Sautéed Spinach with Mushrooms

  • 5 ounce container of baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced baby portabello mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil to coat pan
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat pan over medium heat
  • Add minced garlic, cooking till fragrant, about one minute
  • To the pan with the garlic, add sliced mushrooms and saute for two minutes till tender
  • Last, add spinach, stirring - if all the spinach won't fit in the pan, add more as it wilts from the heat.
