Ingredients
  

  • Naan Bread
  • Lamb Meat
  • 1 1/2 cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • small onion finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • diced tomatoes to garnish optional
  • Stilton Cheese optional
  • Micro Greens optional

Instructions
 

  • In a strainer salt the cucumbers to pull out some of the water, let the salted cucumbers sit while you mix the other ingredients.
  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, diced onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. 
  • Drain cucumbers well then add to yogurt mixture.
  • Place pita flat on plate then top with meat, Tzatziki sauce, tomato, and Stilton cheese, garnish with micro-greens.

Notes

These Naan bread hold up really well but if you prefer, you can use an unbleached coffee filter to make holding them less messy!
