Thai Chicken Pizza - THM friendly

Thai dishes are so flavorful. We really enjoy these individual pizzas. If you have a large family, simply double the recipe. If you aren't following a low carb lifestyle or Trim Healthy Mama feel free to use a regular pizza crust for this recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp organic Tamari or Soy Sauce, Coconut Aminos, Braggs
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil cold pressed
  • 4 Tbsp no sugar nut butter almond, peanut
  • 1/32 Stevia powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1-2 Tbsp Almond Milk or Water to thin enough to spread on tortillas
  • Topping amount of button mushrooms sliced
  • Topping amount of chopped bell peppers red, yellow, green
  • 16 oz chicken breast divide between 4 pizzas, for toppings
  • Wonder Wraps or Low Carb Tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzeralla cheese divided between 4 pizzas

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients down to the first topping
  • Spread mixture on tortilla or Wonder Wrap
  • Add toppings
  • Add cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees about 5-8 minutes or until cheese browns slightly
