Salmon Strips

These salmon strips are so yummy, they're going to knock your socks off! Alternatively, you can bake them at 350 degrees until browned on the outside and flaky in the middle, about 12-15 minutes.



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Mix seasonings with baking blend (or equivalent) on a plate
  3. Dip the salmon strips individually into the egg, then
  4. Roll each strip through the baking blend (or equivalent)
  5. Cook 4-6 minutes or until browned in skillet with coconut oil
  6. Drain on paper towels
  7. Mix mayo and hot sauce for dipping
