Step Ten Reduce Screen Time – Many of us are addicted to our screens without even realizing it. Have you ever picked up your smartphone and then tried to figure out what you were going to look at? We have a tendency to “check” our phones even when it is not necessary. This constant “checking” becomes a habit, an addiction. Breaking the habit takes sincere effort. This is how I significantly reduced the amount of time I spend looking at screens and how I keep myself in check. I’ve also included tips for how to limit children’s screen time.
