By request, I am listing some of the websites I regularly read for information on healthy living:
The first website I started reading when I embarked on my health journey. I began learning from Dr. Joseph Mercola’s articles in 2003, we’ve been together for a long time, so to speak. He closed his practice a few years ago to focus solely on his website which is the top health website on the internet.
The Health Ranger, Mike Adams, has a lot of good info, and I do subscribe to his newsletters, however, if I’m in a funk, or feeling down, I don’t read them. Because he sells prepper supplies, sometimes the articles tend to paint a doom and gloom picture at times. He does offer a lot of solutions but I get freaked out sometimes by all the things going wrong in our world today. He has some great videos for kids though!
Dr. Axe is a great source for solutions. I think that’s what I like most about his website and info. He doesn’t freak me out. He simply offers great info and gives do-able solutions to common (and some not so common) problems. I have searched his website many times for the most random things and he’s written something about it or made the video on his YouTube Channel. Like this video he made for curing a sore throat.
Dr. Nathan Goodyear also has some great info on his blog HERE as well as a book he published, Man Boob Nation. It’s worth reading… get your copy:
The Weston Price Foundation is a great source for how to follow a real food, whole foods lifestyle.
The Food Babe is really popular and I see her stuff everywhere. People can relate and get tuned in to what they are actually eating and feeding their family.
I will add to this list over time. These are websites and blogs that I read regularly. I will do a separate post later with a list of health books I recommend to get started.
Is there a blog or website that has really helped you on your health journey? If so, share the link in the comments below! I’d love to check it out!
