Gravy for Poutine



  1. Add stock to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, then add onions and mushrooms (not powder).
  3. Cover and cook until onions and mushrooms are tender.
  4. Blend with immersion blender.
  5. Season with S&P, add mushroom powder last.
  6. Blend again with immersion blender.
