- Ezekiel bread 2 slices (or other sprouted grain bread, or gluten free)
- 1-2 oz Smoked Salmon no nitrites
- 2 tbsp Neufchatel Cheese or light cream cheese
- 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sprouts
- dash of dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Toast Ezekiel bread lightly
- spread 1 tbsp neufchatel or cream cheese per slice
- top with smoked salmon, cucumber, and sprouts
- sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper
